· Sexual misconduct – towards a patient or colleague
· Jeopardising patients due to an impairment

· Repeated unreasonable behaviour directed towards a person, creating a risk to health and safety |
Discrimination |
· Where a person, or group of people is treated less favourably than another person or group because of race / sex / pregnancy / family responsibilities / breastfeeding / age / sexual orientation / gender identity / intersex status |
Sexual harassment |
· Conduct of a sexual nature which offends, humiliates or intimidates the person towards whom it is directed, regardless of intent |
